When you submit a form on this website — the contact/inquiry form, the newsletter signup, the Freshman Class briefing signup, or a follow-up request from the AI assistant — we collect the information you provide, such as your name, organization, email address, the category of your inquiry, and any message you include. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, our third-party form-processing provider, and delivered to True North Strategies by email. Each submission also records the page it was sent from and, if you arrived through a link that carried tracking details (for example a post or message that brought you here), which link and referring site that was, so we can tell which of our marketing is working. That information is held in your browser for the length of your visit and is sent only if you submit a form.
If you sign up for the Freshman Class briefing, we send it, and any updates, by email through MailerLite, our email service provider. MailerLite stores your email address (and your name, if you gave it) so it can deliver our messages. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply to ask us to remove you.
Our scheduling pages use Calendly. On the Ground Game page the scheduler loads only after you choose to open it; until then nothing is requested from Calendly. Whatever you enter while booking is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy.
The chat assistant on this site sends the messages you type to Anthropic, which operates the AI model that generates the replies. Please don't enter confidential or sensitive information in the chat. Your conversation is kept in your own browser for the duration of your visit and is cleared when you close the tab; we don't store chat transcripts on our servers. If you use the assistant's “Request a follow-up” option, the conversation is included with your contact details so we have context when we reply — the form tells you this before you submit.
The Georgia Bill Lookup tool sends your search terms to LegiScan, the third-party service that provides Georgia General Assembly bill data. If you request a plain-language summary of a bill, the bill's official information is sent to Anthropic to generate that summary. You don't need to provide any personal information to use the tool.
The Find Your Legislator tool sends the address you enter to the U.S. Census Bureau's geocoding service, which returns the legislative districts for that address. We use the address only to complete that lookup. We do not store it, log it, or send it to analytics or advertising tags. We record only an anonymous count of lookups and whether they succeeded.
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate — for example, which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked. It is cookieless and does not track you across other websites or build an advertising profile. We also record anonymous counts of how the AI assistant, Bill Lookup, and Find Your Legislator tools are used; the text you type into either one is deliberately excluded from analytics. We do not use advertising trackers.
If you choose Accept when asked, this website loads the LinkedIn Insight Tag. It lets us see which of our LinkedIn marketing leads to visits and inquiries, and lets LinkedIn show our messages to people who have visited the site (often called retargeting). It sets cookies and sends LinkedIn information about your visit, such as the pages you view and whether you click to schedule a conversation or complete a form. Nothing you type into a form, the chat assistant, Bill Lookup, or Find Your Legislator is sent to LinkedIn.
Choose Decline and the tag does not load. The site works the same either way. Your choice is remembered in your browser, and you can change it at any time with the “Ad preferences” link at the bottom of any page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a Decline and do not ask. LinkedIn handles information it collects under its own privacy policy.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit for a potential working relationship, and, if you opt in separately, to send occasional updates about issues we're tracking. If you sign up for the Freshman Class briefing, we use your email to send you the briefing and any updates to it, and we use the role and sector you give us to understand who is reading it. We do not sell your information. Email signup is optional and separate from submitting an inquiry.
Please do not include confidential or sensitive documents in a website form. If your inquiry involves sensitive information, let us know in the form and we'll follow up to arrange a secure way to share it.
