When you submit a form on this website — the contact/inquiry form or the newsletter signup — we collect the information you provide, such as your name, organization, email address, the category of your inquiry, and any message you include. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, our third-party form-processing provider, and delivered to True North Strategies by email.
This website does not currently use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the site and process form submissions. If that changes, this page will be updated to describe the tools in use and the data they collect.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit for a potential engagement, and, if you opt in separately, to send occasional updates about issues we're tracking. We do not sell your information. Email signup is optional and separate from submitting an inquiry.
Please do not include confidential or sensitive documents in a website form. If your inquiry involves sensitive information, let us know in the form and we'll follow up to arrange a secure way to share it.
