Wesley B. Dunn, Esq.

Wesley Dunn is a 1978 Emory Law School graduate. Wesley is licensed to practice in Georgia and the District of Columbia. He is member of the State Bar of Georgia, Atlanta Bar Association, D.C. Bar Association and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Georgia and the United States Supreme Court. Wesley was elected to the Georgia General Assembly in 1982 and began a decade of distinguished service in the House of Representatives, serving on the powerful Rules and Rules Changes Sub-committee, Appropriations (Vice-Chair General Government Sub-committee), Banking, Industry, Regulated Industries, and as Chair of the Insurance Committee.  As a lobbyist, his successes in the passage of statutory legislation and appropriation allocations have been unprecedented.  His work and experience in the fields of biofuels and bio-feedstocks legislation and agency regulation, alcoholic beverage regulation, banking, business, insurance, taxation, and utility regulation including bio power is unrivaled.  However, his expertise is not limited to legislative issues. As for government contract procurement, he is responsible for garnering the largest single state contract in Georgia history. He is an AV rated attorney by Martindale Hubbard and is also a member of its Preeminent Attorneys List.​
