Jacob Eassa, Esq.








Jacob holds a Juris Doctor from Georgia State University’s College of Law and was admitted to the Georgia Bar in the Fall of 2019. He also has a Business Management degree from Texas Tech University. Jacob’s career in Georgia politics is based upon diverse experiences that contribute to his unique skill-set. His time under the Gold Dome has allowed him to work on numerous public policy issues, advising and assisting legislators to craft and pass legislation to benefit Georgia’s citizens. Jacob provides his clients with extensive experience developing and executing strategies to advocate on difficult issues. Jacob’s understanding of the Georgia political process and ability to shape public policy through his connections with legislators on both sides of the aisle are valuable assets in a rapidly evolving political climate. Jacob worked hand in hand with Representative Allen Peake to craft and pass Georgia’s first medical cannabis cultivation bill through the House of Representatives in 2016. Later, he helped pass historic legislation establishing the qualifying medical conditions included in Georgia’s Low THC Oil program. Most recently, Jacob again helped craft and shepherd legislation allowing for the cultivation of medical cannabis in Georgia.
